If you live in the Enclave community and would like to have a yard sale, please send an email to the board of directors at email@example.com to request your preferred yard sale date(s).
Please allow 5 business days for a response.
Once the date is confirmed, you may place your yard sale signs/stakes in the designated areas of the community no more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled yard sale date. Please note, within 24 hours following the your yard sale, all of your yard sale signs/stakes must be removed from the community.
You MUST use the approved yard sale signs and wire stakes. You may purchase these signs/ground stakes from the HOA at cost; which is $3.50 each. You may write the details of your yard sale on the sign(s) using a black marker. Signs may be placed at intersections through out the community and directly in front of your house. Signs/stakes will be available for pick up on Tuesdays and Wednesdays between 6:00pm and 8:00pm at the pool house.
ANY UNAPPROVED YARD SALE SIGNS WILL BE REMOVED AND THE HOMEOWNER IN VIOLATION MAY BE ASSESSED A FINE OF UP TO $25 PER INFRACTION.
If you would like to post the details of your yard sale on the Enclave website, please submit a classifieds ad through the site...and make sure you include your address, the dates/days and times of your yard sale.
Yard Sale Signs and ground stakes will be available for purchas starting on Tuesday, October 29, 2013.
