The Enclave at Gross Lake Master Association does not have the authority to enter "Abandon properties," as we do not own the lot. The Enclave at Gross Lake Master Association cannot trespass in a property in litigation. It is painful to watch properties become an "Eyesore and Nuisance" to our community. The Enclave does not own the land. We will take the following steps to resolve the issues: issuing daily violations, contacting the Bank and or Code Enforcement.

CAR BREAKINGS IS A PROBLEM THE COMMUNITY HAS CONFRONTED. THE INDIVIDUALS COMMITTING THE CRIMES APPEARED TO COME FROM THE SALEM ROAD AND CROSSING THROUGH THE RESERVE. DO NOT LEAVE IMPORTANTS ITEMS IN THE VEHICLES. REPORTE BY CALLING 911. THE ENCLAVE WELCOME PICTURES AND VIDEOS.

Dear Enclave Homeowners
The Enclave at Gross Lake Master Association due is $300 yearly. The dateline for payment is February 28.
The payment can be made through QuickBooks or via mail: Be sure to have your account number. If you do not have an invoice please call Ms. Windy. Also, you have the option to drop a check or money order with the HOA.
We want to remind our homeowners whether you use the Amenity or not, it is your responsibility to pay the dues. In order for the Enclave to continue functioning, we all have to do our part.

THE ENCLAVE CENTER LOCATED AT 5 LAKESIDECIRCLE (BY THE EXIT) WILL BE OPEN TO COLLECT PAYMENT FOR 2026.
THE FORM OF PAYMENTS ARE: CREDIT CARDS PAYMENTS, (VIA CLOVER WITH A 2.0% CHARGE), CHECKS OR MONEY ORDER. WE WILL COLLECT ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION TO ASSURE MOVING FORWARD THAT ALL THE ACCOUNTS ARE UPTODAY. PLEASE GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME AS WE WILL NOT RUSH. IF THERE IS A DISPUT, PLEASE BRING COPY OF YOUR PREVIOUS PAYMENTS RECEIPTS. IF YOU NEED AN INVOICE REQUEST BY EMAIL OR A TEXT.
