Homeowners of the Highgate and the Reserve:
We have to make clear, the land around your homes belong to the HOA. The HOA most approve the measurements for your fence. The HOA is not here to oppressed homeowners and we want to improved the quality of life of our homeowners. Please talk to us and most important be sure to get approval for the installation of the fence. The HOA is aware of the security concerns of our homeowners and we are open to your needs and suggestion within reason.

ATTENTION COLSER & BARSHAY DRIVE (HIGH NUMBERS HOMES) RESIDENCES.
PLEASE STOP BLOCKING THE SCHOOL BUS ROUTES. REMOVED VEHICLES FROM THE STREETS TO PROVIDE THE SCHOOL BUS ACCESS TO OUR CHILDREN.
THE RESERVE BY-LAWS, ARTICLE 8, SECTION 13; GIVE THE HOA THE AUTHORITY TO REMOVED THE VEHICLES FROM THE STREETS. THE HOMEOWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL THE TOWING FEES. WRITE YOUR BY-LAWS. NEED A COPY CONTACT THE HOA.

THE POOL HOUSE WILL BE OPEN ON MAY 28, 2022, AND WE WILL HELD A PICNIC FROM 1:00PM TO 3:30 PM. FREE FOOD AND REFRESHMENT.

The Pavilion is available for rental. Celebrate Graduation, Birthday, Family Reunions...etc
Deposit $150.00 Total cost of the use of the Pavilion $200.00!! Total $350.00 for reservation. If you make your reservation, signed a contract and decided to canceled we will charge $50.00 for the cancellation. After the event is completed and the area is clean and all garbage has been remove, we will reimburse $150.00.

WE NEED YOUR SIGNATURE FOR SPEED BUMPS. THE MONITORS AT THE POOL HOUSE WILL ASSIST YOU.
IF YOU WANT THE SPEED BUMPS TO BECOME A REALITY, SUPPORTS OUR EFFORTS. We hope to do better in 2022 and collect the correct amount of signatures to start the process with the Newton County.
