Every Thursday at 5:30pm, The Enclave Center will be open for the 55 PLUS GATHERING. COME OUT AND PLAY CARDS, DOMINOES, UNO, BINGO...ETC. HAVE SOME FUN.

PANTRY

The Enclave at Gross Lake HOA has a Pantry available to our residences. Please if you need any food or toiletries do not hesitate to contact the Enclave HOA.
Feel free to contact us. All children of the Enclave are welcome to get cereals, bread and pastries.
Our seniors and children are welcome at any time.
The pantry is located at The Enclave Center 5 Lakeside Circle at the entrance of the Highgate subdivision. We received donations of anything that is good and fresh.
Every Thursday 5:00pm pick up bread and pastries.
Saturday 10-12noon pick up food.
THE PANTRY IS OPEN AS LONG WE HAVE FOOD.

THE 55 PLUS GATHERING IS FOR ALL RESIDENCES OF THE ENCLAVE. THE GATHERING IS A AVENUE TO SOCIALIZE, PLAY GAMES, CONVERSATION AND FUN ACTIVITIES. PLEASE DO NOT BE SHY COMEOUT AND HAVE SOME FUN.
EVERY THURSDAY AT 5:30 PM AT 5 LAKESIDE CIRCLE "THE ENCLAVE CENTER."
ACCIDENT ENTRANCE OF THE SUBDIVISION

RESIDENCES
IN FOUR MONTHS, WE HAD 6 ACCIDENTS IN THE ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF THE SUBDIVISION. WE CLEANED AND FIXED THE AREA INMEDIATELY. IS GETTING COSTLY, DANGEROUS AND IS BECOMING A NUISANCE TO OUR COMMUNITY. MANY OF THIS INDIVIDUALS LIVE OR VISITING THE ENCLAVE. IF THE HOA INDENTIFIED THE PERPETRATORS WE WILL PURSUE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE HOMEOWNER AND THE RESIDENCE. WE HAD ENOUGH. THE HOA IS GOING TO PLACE "SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS" IN KEYPOINTS OF THE SUBDIVION. BE AWARED
ON NOVEMBER 13, 2022 BETWEEN 8:00AM AND 2:00PM A VEHICLE LOST CONTROL ENTERING THE SUBDIVISION. BOTH YELLOW "BOLLERS" WERE REMOVED FROM THE GROUND AND THE LANDSCAPING DAMAGE....AGAIN. THANK GOOD THE PERPETRATOR IS SAFE. ENOUGH
PLEASE SPEAK TO YOUR FAMILY ABOUT THE DANGEROUS OF SPEEDING. THE ENCLAVE IS NOT HIGHWAY.
BASKETBALL RULES AND REGULATIONS

TO ALL HOMEOWNERS AND RESIDENCES 2023!
The Basketball program is not open during the early hours of the day. We will not change hours to accommodate individuals scheduled. The Enclave Master Association create, install and run the Basketball Program to provide a safe place for our children to play ball. The Enclave at Gross Lake HOA will not tolerate any homeowner or residence "Jumping the fence." The fact is because you are a homeowner or residences does not give you the right to break the rules. If you are a new homeowner please find out the reason for the Basketball to be monitor. If you think because you are a homeowner it gives you the right to break the law, change the rules and "Jump the fence" YOUR ARE WRONG!
GARBAGE PICK UP SERVICES INCREASED

TO ALL RESIDENCE OF THE ENCLAVE:
MANY RESIDENCES UTILIZED GFL FOR GARBAGE PICK UP. THEY HAVE INCREASED THE PRICE TO $75.00 PER QUARTER WITHOUT NO NOTICE. WE ARE SEEKING OTHER SERVICES BUT WE HAVE NOT FIND ANYTHING THAT SERVES THIS AREA BESIDE GFL AND BURGESS. IF YOU KNOW OF OTHER COMPANIES PLEASE PROVIDE THE HOA WITH THE INFORMATION.

ATTEMP CAR BREAKING

ATTENTION HOMEOWNERS:
We continue to have a problem not only at The Enclave but in many subdivisions at the Fairview Corridor with "Car Breakings." Please get a camera it is necessary.
ON OCTOBER 22, 2022 LATE HOURS TWO YOUNG MEN ATTEMPTED TO BREAK IN A VEHICLE PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY LOCATED AT LAKEVIEW TRAIL OF Lakewood ESTATES. THE VEHICLE ALARM WENT OFF AND THE ROBBERS LEFT WITH OUT COMPLETING THE ROBBERY.
PLEASE LOCK YOUR VEHICLES AND DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING IMPORTANT IN YOUR VEHICLE!
POOL PARKING LOT SPEEDING

TO ALL RESIDENCES AND GUEST OF THE ENCLAVE URGENT!
The Enclave at Gross Lake HOA ask from all our residences and guest to restrain from speeding at Gross Lake Parkway and at the Pool parking lot. We have children participating in recreational activities at the Amenity. Many of these activities required for the children to walk from home to the Pool Parking lot. There is no need to speed and in the process hurt a child. Last month, we had two accidents at Gross Lake which damage the landscaping. We can always replace the landscaping but we can not replace a life.
Please we ask you to restrain from speeding through the streets of the Enclave.
