CHILDREN RUNNING WILD IN COMMON AREAS AND YARDS

ENCLAVE PARENTS
DO YOU KNOW WHERE YOU CHILDREN ARE? WE HAVE TOO MANY COMPLAINS FROM RESIDENCES OF THE LACK OF PARENTAL SUPERVISION OF CHILDREN. SOME OF THESE CHILDREN ARE DESTROYING YARDS, PLAYING ON THE COMMON AREAS NEAR HOMES, THROUGHING BALLS, CURSING AND CARRY ON. THE ENCLAVE OFFERS AN OPEN SPACE AT THE PAVILION FOR CHILDREN TO PLAY. WE HAVE A BASKEYBALL PROGRAM AVAILABLE TO ALL. WE HAVE AN AREA TO SAFETLY RIDE BYCICLES. THERE IS A LAKE FOR FISHING (WITH SUPERVISION). WE OFFER SO MUCH BUT OUR CHULDREN ARE RUNNING IN OTHER PEOPLE PROPERTIES AND THE STREETS.
ENOUGH! PARENTS SUPERVISE YOUR CHILDREN AND TEACH THEM TO BE CONSIDER OF OTHER PEOPLE. THIS ACTIONS VIOLATE ARTICLE 10 OF THE BY-LAWS "NUISANCES"

Attempted Car Theft
Attempted crime in the Enclave. The car was parked in the driveway overnight. Criminal gain access to locked car, but were not able to drive off. There was literally nothing in the car to steal. Please be mindful a group of guys walking around the streets in the night between 1am to 5am. I didn't have a camera when the incident occurred. I have since purchased a camera. FYI

BE VIGILANT OF STRANGERS WALKING THORUGH YOUR YARD. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY CAMERAS IT IS TIME FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY TO BE PROTECTED.

EXCESSIVE PARKING ON THE STREETS

It has been brought to our attention the excessive parking on the streets on the following streets, Lakewood Estates: Creekway and Highgate: Lakeside Circle. This is a matter of first consideration for the other residence and second a matter of respect for the rules. PLEASE USE YOUR GARAGE AND DRIVEWAY FOR PARKING.
BASKETBALL RULES AND REGULATIONS

TO ALL HOMEOWNERS AND RESIDENCES 2023!
The Basketball program is not open during the early hours of the day. We will not change hours to accommodate individuals scheduled. The Enclave Master Association create, install and run the Basketball Program to provide a safe place for our children to play ball. The Enclave at Gross Lake HOA will not tolerate any homeowner or residence "Jumping the fence." The fact is because you are a homeowner or residences does not give you the right to break the rules. If you are a new homeowner, please find out the reason for the Basketball to be monitor. If you think because you are a homeowner it gives you the right to break the law, change the rules and "Jump the fence" YOU ARE WRONG!
ENTRANCE AND EXIT OF THE ENCLAVE ACCIDENTS

The Entrance and Exit of the subdivision landscaping has serious damage due to reckless driving and drivers. Our front areas of the subdivision landscaping we try so hard to keeping well manicure but if homeowners, residences and guess, continue to drive with disregard we will continue to incur hundreds or dollar and damage and repairs. At this time, we do not see other options to alleviate the problem but to install Yellow Bollards" on the entrance side of the subdivision. It will definitely change the look of the entrance, but we hope that it will protect the Brick Wall.
