2024 Pool Season: Picnic at the Pool House Open to all residents on Memorial Day Weekend.  TBA.

 

There are two swimming pools: a Junior Olympic size pool (25 meters long) and sprinkler pool for small children. The pool house is gated and features two restrooms with showers and dressing areas. There is also a spacious shaded area, tables, straight back chairs and lounge chairs. 

 

Also, we will enjoy FREE WIFI in the pool house area this summer!

 

 

 

The Enclave at Gross Lake Board will begin the distribution of the Amenity passes during the month of March. The day will be announced soon!!!

Please come out and pick up your amenities passes, sign up for volunteer positions, sign your children up for the Basketball Program.  Renter can also come out to get information on how to receive their amenities passes. Seeking young adults in the community to volunteer.

 

Homeowners and Investor must contact the HOA for a Third-Party Form via email enclavelakebod@gmail.com.   Once the form is complete and in the possession of the HOA, we will call the tenant and release the Amenity Passes.   We also provide the tenants with information on By-Laws.

 

Pool opens Memorial Day Weekend.  The day TBA and will close on September 15 each year

 

Pool operating hours are:

Residents may enjoy and use the pool if the Enclave resident is current with their annual assessment...and have their 2024 amenity passes and scan card.  Please take a moment to acquaint yourself and your guests with the pool rules as they will be strictly enforced.  The replaced of the scan card is $95.00.

The pool is not available at any time for private parties.

 

During Pool use, members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly manner. Individuals should refrain from using profanity and use the pool in a safe manner. Pool Monitors are there to maintain order and protect the property from vandalism and misuse and are not life guards.
