LAKE AND BASKETBALL COURT

The lake is peaceful and is surrounded by natural foliage. The main purpose for the lake is to provide an aesthetic and tranquil atmosphere. The care and utilization of our lake is everybody’s responsibility, and we all should strive to limit pollution, dumping and other misuse of the Lake waters.

The Enclave features one Basketball court that sit lakeside. A scan card is required to enter the gated Basketball court area. The Basketball court is open in the evening with supervision.

Use of the lake are limited to Enclave residents (and their guests) that are current on their annual assessments and have their 2024 amenity passes and scan card. Guests using the facilities must be accompanied by the member of the Association. The Basketball Court is open from 4:30 pm to 8:00 pm (during the Spring, Summer and Fall) for children, adolescents and young adults' residents at the Enclave at Gross Lake. The Basketball Program is supervised at all times. To enter The Basketball Program all participants must have a waiver on file acknowledging consent from parent or legal guardian to participate in the Basketball Program. We will provide the participant with a wristband to use for the Basketball Program. We provide snacks and drinks when available.

We will not open the Basketball Court without supervision!
