As of 1/18/2023, The Reserve at Lakewood Estates, HOA, have ONE MEMBERSHIP, responsibility to The Enclave at Gross Lake Master Association. SEE STATEMENT BY THE RESERVE AT LAKEWOOD ESTATES BOARD:

 

"The HOA Board for the Reserve at Lakewood Estates has decided to terminate service with Georgia Community Management GCM, as our management company and move forward as a Self-Managed HOA.  In doing so we will be Self-Managed without any Annual assessment fees. Please disregard the assessment fee letter that was sent out by GCM, as we are working with them to get additional notification sent to homeowners advising of this decision."
